Martha Ezell Parker

Martha Ezell Parker, 82, born in Bonifay, Florida and long time resident of the Pas-Point area, passed peacefully away into the arms of God on September 29, 2013 at her home with all her children by her side. She was a long time member of the Kreole United Methodist Church and attended Eastlawn United Methodist Church. She was a devoted homemaker, a loving wife and mother to her seven children. Her husband, children and grandchildren were her greatest joy in life. She especially enjoyed her Bible Study Class and other gatherings she shared with her friends at Bay Tower. She is preceded in death by her husband, Hosey George Parker; parents, Arvis and Ruby Johnson; granddaughter, Teesha Parker; daughter-in-law, Brenda Parker; sister, Lassie Mae Toole; brother, J.O. Johnson; brother-in-law, Hill Toole; and great niece, Rebecca Partain. She is survived by her children: Shireen (Donny) Mason, Jeannene (Billy) Crocker, Stephen (Kathy) Parker, Paul (Patty) Parker, Francis Parker, Arleen (Chuck) Hatcher, and Darlene (Don) Magruder; grandchildren: Cameron (Paula) Mason, Kiley (Garland) Keebler, Roxanne (Jason) Rushing, Roseanne (Sean) Jones, Matt (Erin) Parker, Dustin (Rebecca) Parker, Chad (Kristy) Parker, Tia Parker, Zach Parker, Jake (Sheree) Parker, Neely (Kaylie) Hatcher, Lindsey (T.J.) Vice, Marcus Hatcher, Sara (Robbie) Robison, and Anna Magruder; great-grandchildren: Amelia, Chloe and June Mason; Belle, Memphis and Mason-Kate Keebler; Blair Gager, Jacob and Owen Jones; Kaitlyn and Landon Parker; Stella and Silas Parker; Peyton and Gavin Parker; Jonah Paul Williams; Parker Vice; Charleigh Ann and Corbin Hatcher; Abbie and Bella Robison. Special thanks to Cynthia Lucas, caregiver and friend, and Hospice of Light. Services will be held at Holder-Wells Funeral Home in Moss Point, Mississippi. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm with funeral services beginning at 12:30 pm with Rev. Clint Ware and Rev. Joe Spence officiating. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Pallbearers will include all her grandsons: Cameron Mason, Matt Parker, Dustin Parker, Chad Parker, Zach Parker, Jake Parker, Neely Hatcher, and Marcus Hatcher.
